I finally started my South Beach Program at the beginning of November,at 200.5 pounds lost 6 pounds the first 2 weeks, then had a death in the family, went off the plan for 2 weeks while we were traveling, and gained back 3 pounds. I restarted this Tuesday, November 27, and have lost all that I gained, plus a pound, already!! (I know I should only way once a week, but I way daily anyway.) I’m going to work hard to stick to my plan through the holidays. I need to lose this weight for my health and happiness!!!
