This is the beginning of my weekend. I am doing well. I am off to the gym in a little bit here, so I am pumped! I think I am going to go buy myself some new exercise pants on the way there because I only have 2 and I am tired of washing them so often. Plus one of them is getting HUGE on me and it isn’t very flattering any more. Remember people, baggy clothes don’t hide anything, they just make you look like you are wearing a tent and have no fashion sense! This is especially important when you are losing weight. Don’t wear your clothes 2 sizes too big because it will be hard for anyone to notice all the progress you are making. Plus it is SO much fun to buy clothes that are sizes smaller than you were wearing. I am getting excited about Christmas. There are lots of things to do before then. We were supposed to move into our house the week before, but now it has been pushed back until further notice because some things came up in the inspection which need to be addressed. I had already started packing, but OH WELL! I decided I AM going to dig out my Christmas decorations and deck this place with the cheery Christmas Spirit. I don’t care that I’ll have to scramble to take it all down AND pack once we get a move-in date. I have the first week of January off and I know everything will work out. Goal: 20 g net carbs 3/4 cup cauliflower “mashers” (3g) 1/2 cup kimche (1.1g) 2 stalks celery (1.4g) w/ 1T s/f pb (2.4g) Total: 7.9g net carbs (so far)
