Happy New Year! I am welcoming in, what I hope to be, a great 2008 with happiness and less depression. I plan on going into the year with a positive outlook on life and planning a wedding that has been waiting in the wings for over a year now. I hope that I’ll be able to lose the weight that I have gained over the years of knowing Heath. I want to get back to the 145 except this time I want to be fit. I hate to focus soo much on just the weight but I seriously do not think that I should be 174. I am hoping to be fit for 140 - 150 pounds. Weight is not my biggest concern but it’ll be a good motivator even if it’s only 10 pounds. Here’s to a new me and doing Weight Watchers again. I will be focusing on the Core version instead of the flex plans that I have done in the past. I love to eat and I love to eat a lot. So, I am hoping that being able to get a little bit more volume and stay eating healthy will be beneficial for me. We’ll see.
