I’m so proud of my control during my out-of-town business trip this week. I ate at our hotel breakfast buffet every day, ate at country buffets, a steakhouse, and Applebees. I never cheated once although folks were teasing me with their pecan pie and cakes! I even went down to the hotel gym and worked out on the treadmill and weight machines. I’ve been traveling for 4 years and that’s a first! I’m glad I had a laptop with me so I could check in every day and diet calendar. It helped me stay on track. I had a Dr’s appt today and I have lost 12 lbs since he saw me about 4 weeks ago. He was impressed and I was very proud of myself.
