well i am still the same this week but i am still not tracking completely which means i am not being accountable for this. Thx to the kind encouraging words it has definetly made me rethink this. I keep telling myself that i need to do this for me just for me so i don’t have any clothes to wear spring is almost here lol at least my bras still fit ha ha. anyways i am going to be accountable no one but me in this fight for health and its my health i am fighting for Good luck friends :D

Ok, so I realized that my husband is smarter than he looks. My 6′3″, 175lb husband has said to me on more than one occasion “honey, if you want to lose weight, why don’t you just eat less?”. I’ve always responded with a dirty look and something along the lines of “it’s just not that simple”. Well, I kind of realized something today: why can’t it be that simple? I’m going around making this damn weight loss so complicated, trying this way and that way of spreading out my points, when it’s really just all in my head. If I eat less points, the weight will come off. It’s a mathematical certainty. Soooo…that’s my new approach. I’ve faced the fact that I have a food addiction problem (and if you’re on this site, you do, too, to a certain degree), and I know that if my husband can overcome his addiction (that’s a whole ‘nother blog altogether), so can I. I’m making sure that I eat at least 18pts per day, because I know that anything less is unhealthy, but other than that, I’m just going to eat the least amount possible and remind myself that 90% of this is in my head. I mean, do I want this or don’t I?

It’s the weekend and the last day of February. Of course, in keeping with the rest of the winter - March is going to come in like a lion. More snow!!!!

I was going to work out with the Firm today, but my arm is sore from donating blood yesterday. The tech had to adjust the needle, which is always a bit owie, and I have a bruise today. Decided working with weights might not be a great idea :) So I just did a WATP tape.

Had the yummy apple cinnamon scone from Nutrisystem for breakfast. Jeez that is good. Most foods I am finding I can recreate on my own, but that one is going to take some work on!
Maybe some type of scone recipe with the Bisquick heart smart.
