The Sonoma Diet is based off the diet and emphasizes eating a generous variety of foods that improves your overall health and helps you lose the weight you want.
Sonoma diet is divided into 3 different phases where you must finish each phase before moving one. Phase 1 focuses on turning around bad eating habits and adjusting your body to a new healthy way of eating. Phase 2 focuses on learning to pick the right foods and enjoy them while losing the weight you want. Phase 3 is considered the maintenance phase where you learn on how to keep off the weight you lost and to continue to eat healthy.
With the Sonoma diet, there is “diet food” as diet programs offer to help you lose weight. The food you eat is your everyday food that you probably are already eating.
