Disasters In Dieting |

Last year, I started noticing my pants were getting tighter. At first, I just blamed it on the dryer.
However, as this little gain started reaching close to 15lbs, I started to diet. At first, I tried using liquid replacement drinks. I told myself that the flavors were good if you chilled them enough. But, they never would fill me up, and I started just eating more at dinner.
Next, I moved to the over the counter hunger suppressing pills. This ended up costing me a lot of money, and I only walked away with 2lbs less of water weight.
After I had tried every one of the pills on the shelf, I started trying the herbal drops that, like the pills, claim to tame a hungry stomach.
Stepping it up a notch, I took the plunge into diet centers. This decision cost me even more than the diet pills. I lost some weight, but it was never permanent or as much as I set out to lose. On the plus side, I made some friends at the few meetings that I attended. It was nice to have comrades to commiserate with over low fat yogurt cones dipped in rainbow jimmies.
I figured until I found the perfect diet, I would just have to keep blaming the dryer.
But now I can safely say if you really want to succeed at dieting, try Medifast. The Medifast program is much better in every way than those diet pills, herbal drops and liquid replacement.
