For breakfast I had a blueberry muffin, warmed slightly in the microwave, 4 whole wheat triskets with 1/4 a slice of soy cheese. 3/4 cup of blue berries.

For morning snack I had a soy hot dog with 1 slice of soy cheese and some mustard.  I also had another 3/4 cup of blueberries.

For lunch I had a cheese tortellini  which had the  same excellent red sauce I have raved about before.  A cup of cauliflower and some fresh mushrooms.

For snack I had the zesty Herb Snack mix.  This has to be my least favorite snack I have had.  The seasoning was nto quite done right.

For dinner I had the thick crust pizza.  This need some preparation it contained the crust,  A packet of the red sauce and  a packet of cheese.  I spread the sauce onto the crust,  Cut up some mushrooms for a little extra taste and covered it all with cheese.  This was microwaved for 1 min,  my microwave has a browning element and I turned that on for 30 seconds to get the cheese good and melted and to finish cooking the mushrooms.  I had some more cauliflower and a salad.  Then I took off to the store to get some more fruits and vegetables.

For my late snack I had another bag of the zesty herb snack,  I want to get rid of the worst tasting food the fastest.
