Day 5 Meals |

I started out the day with bran flakes with Soy Milk. 4 triskets, a Hard boiled egg and half can of peaches.
For my snack I had 1 oz of chicken(Half a Small can) and the rest of my peaches from breakfast.
This is when my day got hectic. I had a late lunch with a chef salad which I was actually good with and took off most of the items I was not supposed to have (ie the ham, cheese and olives). My entree was tomato and corn stew. I found a good no salt seasoning with Garlic, Rosemary, Onion and Lime peel that really but the soup over the edge in taste.
I don’t remember my afternoon snack or all of my dinner. But my dinner entree was Beef Stroganoff which was not bad tasting but not what I expected either. I had never had that before with tomatoes.
