Today I had a cranberry and orange muffin for breakfast and  I scrambled egg  with fat free cheddar cheese(Man this taste like crap by itself).

For morning snack  I had a small can of  of pears and 4 triskets.  I mixed my food items from breakfast and snack to get what I was hungry for today.

Lunch I had a salad with lettuce and cucumbers and a Beef and Pasta entree.  Man I am getting tired of tomato’s in everything.

For after noon snack I had a chocolate chip cookie.

For dinner finally an entree without tomato’s.  I had macaroni and cheese with Beef.  This was a meal that was in a cup that you added boiling water and let sit for 9 minutes.  That was not quite long enough to get the meat re-hydrated and the macaroni soft.  But putting it in the microwave for another minute did the trick.   This turned out to be more soupy then I expected but it did make for a creamy soup.

For desert I had the Almond Biscotti that was also quite tasty.
