Weightloss Week 8 |

Well here we are…just about to head into the holidays with Munchie Mom and her kitchen full of homemade delicacies. Since I didn’t lose a whole lot last week, I rebounded with 5 days of 30 min workouts (maybe that is in anticipation of my upcoming trip??) Anyway, it showed. Lost 4.2 lbs this week (I’m now having a love affair with my JC scale!!) I now weigh 253.0 Almost what I weighed before I got pregnant (250) I’m looking forward to seeing that number again! I’m really proud of myself for coming so far in such a short time and for pushing myself to do the right thing. Every little step you take in the right direction adds up and it shows. I’m down 18.4 lbs now and soon it’ll start to show on my body I’m sure…nobody’s noticed yet, but it took 20 lbs of weightloss before people noticed when I was younger, so I imagine it’ll be the same. This is definitely the toughest thing I’ve ever had to do.
