day 331..day 2..GOOOOOOOOD MORNING EVERYONE!!!! time to wake up and get ready for another greattttt day…55 outside this morning..high today 75…another day to keep busy..got the grass took care of yesterday..was in the sun about 3.5 hours..really enjoyed it..stayed really devoted to stayin off the carbs yesterday..i was reading the book yesterday and on page 146..i can relate to that guy..cookies and stuff like that are really my downfall..i dont miss the brown bread i was eating a bit..but cookies an stuff like that..i have a problm walking past that..i can see my hand reaching out an grabbin it..but i was good yesterday..took all my slf control, but yesterday was a good day..for the last 12 days ive been learning how i should be doing it, but ive been giving in..not alot, but alittle..so today is my second day of starting over..and doing my best at kicking the cookie habit..i was really hungry last night right before bed time, but instead i ate fat an protein and it helpd…was really tired and that might of been why i was hungry to..dont really kno…i had 10,600 in steaps..so i was on my feet most of the day..didnt get my crunches done after supper last nite..just to tired..to get on the floor..was afraid i might sleep ther once i got down that far..lol..well…need to get up an find breakfast…get some protein in me to get the day started off right..wow..was just thinkin…less layers today…when i go for my walk…im still walkin the hour path..and really im not tired till i get like a block or 2 from the house..and then its usually the last 2 songs on the cd..and i kno im close to my 56 minutes…well enough babblin..i need to get up an moving…everyone have a greattttttt day…and keep that body moving!!!!!! NEW MINI GOALS !!!! 1. LESS CARBS, MORE FAT AND PROTEIN !!!!! 2 PUSH THE WORKOUTS, BUT NOT SO MUCH YOU HURT YOURSELF !!!!! 3. WATER, WATER, WATER!!! 4. ONLY EAT WHEN YOUR HUNGRY !!! 5. TAKE A DAY OFF FROM WORKOUTS,BEFORE YOUR BODY HAS TO TELL YOU !!! 6. 66 POUNDS GONE, AND 66 MORE TO DROP ALONG THE JOURNEY !!!
