WARNING… this gets pretty boring as I try to figure out why I’m not losing, consider yourself warned! I was dead wrong about seeing a loss today. I felt thinner last night AND this morning though. Woe is me. I’ve been fluctuating b/t 185.2 and 186.2 all week. This may be tmi but I’m ovulating and notice that I get a little bloated around this time too. Can I blame this on bloat? I took my measurements again this morning and think yesterday was wrong. I didn’t write it down, will do it again tomorrow so I can record in my notebook. So, I’m discouraged. I’ve been trying to tweak everything to get my scale moving in the right direction. Here’s a list of what could be the new culprits. 1) Sararay thought it might be the muscle relaxers but I took some in my first week of induction and saw a loss. Could it be that they are more “in my system” now? 2) Although I cut out the DC with Splenda, I have had a few half cans of Sprite Zero this week - I had a couple during the first week of induction and was still losing so thought a little would be alright. 3) I figured out the carb count in the Wisconsin Cheese Soup on here. It lists 5.53 carbs for a serving and there’s supposed to be 8 servings. It really has 6 cups - and I figure a cup is a serving so it’s really 8 carbs, too much for too little! I haven’t even indulged in iced tea so haven’t been adding Splenda to anything. I haven’t had anything even remotely close to sugar. Have been drinking water exept for half a can of the Sprite Zero with dinner. Am cutting out the Sprite Zero to see if that’s the problem. I’ll try not to take any drugs unless absolutely neccessary. Last, need to get some more recipes, probably won’t be making that soup anymore, it’s too carboriffic. Note to self: start printing Lorik’s recipes and go to Sugarfreeshelia for more of same!
