HAPPY MOTHERS DAY TO EVERYONE!!(Even future moms and all the guys..because you came from Mothers!!) So the big question on everyones mind - Did my war with delicious Indian food inflict any damage or did I manage to come out unscathed?. LADIES AND GENTLEMEN - I DID NOT GAIN A POUND!!!! But another question still remains - Do the carb blockers really work, or was it the maddening exercise I did to compensate for my binge- OR..was it a combination of both? OR.. Are the carbs still in my body waiting to pounce on me later? Which came first the chicken or the egg? All these and other questions will be answered-after the break! What a sigh of relief! I almost didnt want to check the scale but I can move on now. Today was the last day of my induction. I think I will consider it completed even after yesterdays sidetracking because I seem to have survived. Also, I thought about restarting my induction but then I thought, my husband loves to eat out on weekends so I will probably end up permanently stuck on induction!
