I just found this website so I can start recording. I invited 2 of my weight watcher buddies to join too! Now that I’m finished with grad school, I’m happy to be exercising again. I only walked for 40 minutes but I’m going to work up to running 2 miles again. I’m going to weigh in once a week - MAX. I want my weight loss to be felt in my jeans not numbers on a scale. Tonight the Flyers are playing and I know I’m going to have a few beers; Therefore I must eat veggies for dinner… NOT WINGS (42 points, yikes!).
