Im not going to weigh in until the site tells me its time (one week from last weigh in). This morning the scale had me back up again to 148.2 lbs. Its just been crazy trying to eat right when we have so much company and are going out and drinking. I avoided drinking until last night when we ended up at a nice restaurant bar for some appetizers and drinks (I had one 16oz light beer) they didn’t have any glasses of red wine for less than $12 a glass! We also went to an Itallian restaurant and why is it that even the saladsa are fattening! DOES ANYONE KNOW IF ITS BETTER TO EAT A HIGH FAT CHICKEN CEASAR SALAD OR … A PLATE OF PASTA?? IF THE CALORIES ARE THE SAME? ND THE FAT CONTENT OF THE SALAD IS HIGHER (BUT ITS THE GOOD FAT? LIKE OLIVE OIL?) ImLuuvd sent me some dresses that are too big for her now, but that are smaller sizes that what I am wearing! I am sooo excited because I can actually zip them up and put them on and they look great BUT… they are still too small, they fit snug and while I can stand up in them, I don’t think sitting down is an option, but they are size 10’s (small size 10’s according to ImLuuvd) and the black one is a size 8 !! I am sooo motivated now to lose more weight and fit into the black evening gown for our next cruise this fall/winter. sooo even though I am still a little too big for the dresses, ImLuuvd thinks I should share this with you. I really need to work on losing my upper arm fat! first one is a before pic sort-of at about 175 lbs, In the first picture that is a size 16 dress. in the following pics the black is a size 8 and the others a size 10. I can’t sit down in those new dresses, but its such a thrill that I can zip them up and have new excitement to keep working toward my goal BTW, I just want EVERYONE to know how much I appreciate all the help and advice you give me here on this site. Those of you in the battle with me and are having some of the same problems with plateaus that I am experiencing, those of you who are just beginning and sharing your new, fresh ideas for food choices and how you are handling company and eating out, those of you that have reached your goals and are maintaining that help me with advice that comes from success achieved and gives me hope that I can do this, and that lets me know you had the same problems but made it! THanks to everyone here, because I could not do this without you. I appreciate each and every one of you.
