I haven’t written for awhile. I have to take a final exam today and my boyfriend is on vacation from work. I love the new book. I recommend it. I am eager to start the walking program that he lays out. It only takes 20 minutes a day. On top of that, there are better recipes (more that are casseroles or one-dish) and a whole page of soup recipes and a whole page of salad dressings. It also has a detailed program for switching into phase 2. He also convinced me that I NEED to switch into phase 2. So, I have had oatmeal and fruit this week
