Ok so today starts day 4 and I haven’t lost an ounce since that first day. Am I doing something wrong or does my body just not like South Beach anymore? I eat scrambled eggs in the morning, a salad for lunch with chicken and usually chicken or steak for dinner with broccoli and grape tomatoes with a cheese dip that I make from half and half. All of that stuff is ok’d on the SBD so what is it? No, I don’t work out right now and don’t encourage me to do so cuz I don’t feel like it and it worked for me the last time without going to the gym all the time so it’s not that. For dessert I’ll eat a mixture of the lite or ff cool whip, 2% cottage cheese and orange jello… I know it sounds gross, but it’s actually really good. Could that be doing it? All that stuff is allowed too but something just isn’t working for me. Any advice… minus exercise (cuz I promise guys, I don’t wanna hear that one)? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
