Thanks to Lotus’ help I am trying the zig-zagging approach while eating my SB foods. It is an interesting way to eat,(increase in calories from what I am used to)but I know I need to try something different. My body only seems to drop weight when I eat barely anything. Which I can’t really do and workout like I want to. I am praying this will get me some results… M 1505 actual 1168 T 1204 actual 1375 oops W 1706 actual 2077 oops T 1505 I will keep working at this. It’s kinda fun just to try something new!
