and today is a new day- sun is shining hurray. i will get in a long walk and lots of work around the house. I’m not going to complain about the little fat secret reminder to weigh in because while the numbers are up the fact is, this is about the long haul….so i do detest the numbers that I have to type in but last night when my husband and I went out for dinner I felt sexy in my clothes- I pulled the croutons off the salad- I used a teaspoon of dressing- I had no dessert…I walked when I got home even though I was whipped….I’m trying. The scale doesn’t have the whole story.
