Well this is a bummer.At home this morning I was 173, and at WW weigh in i was 174. I really haven’t gone over calories/points and have not missed a cardio or weights workout, but I gained! I really don’t think its the weights, but just to be sure, I will lift only very light weights for the rest of the challenge. So if the challenge is to lift weights, I’m so far so good. If its to lose more weight by lifting, I’m so far so bad. But what about getting to goal…I need to get below 170 at home so I can stay at 170 for WW purposes. If I “bulk up” as if that were easy) how to I keep my weight down? My niece who is around 6′1 was a svelte looking 185 when she was playing college ball. I’ll keep trying to get below 170 until the end of this ww session. Then I’ll reassess.
