Well I am a bit sore today. I have not done my workout today yet that will be reserved for this evening. I will probably do it during halftime of Redskins-Cowboy game. I am a huge Redskins fan.
I enjoy being sore (I know that sounds a bit twisted). It always makes me think that I am making progress. Progress is a good thing.
I know some of you may not be very familiar with the Turbulence Training program so I thought I would include a sample workout that Craig Ballantyne has been gracious enough to release. I have also included a link to an interview with Jillian Michaels who I am sure many of you are aware is one of the personal trainers for the show Biggest Loser. I hope you enjoy them and I hope they give you a better idea of what the Turbulence Training Program is all about. I may post later tonight but if not I will let you know how it went tomorrow.
