6 Things I’ve Learned Since I (re)started My Diet |

So I’ve been back on Atkins since early October, and it’s going well. But it never comes off as quickly as you want it to. Anyway, here are some things I’ve learned:
1. You can never drink enough water. I am much more aware of thirst for water than I have been for years.
2. The best places to get low-carb fast food are: Jimmy Johns (the JJ Gargantuan Unwich), Hardee’s (Low Carb Burger) , and Burger King (Whopper with cheese, no bun or ketchup).
3. Wii Fit rocks. I’ve never been so excited about weighing myself. Favorite activities? Rhythm boxing, Advanced Step, and Free Step.
4. Scrambled eggs make a great meal any time of the day.
5. Applebee’s refuses to tell you nutritional information. Can you believe that?
6. I’m glad I kept so many of the pants and belts that were too tight for me before. You CAN work your way back into them!
