2. The Sonoma Diet. The Sonoma diet which contains antioxidant vegetables, juicy fruits like blueberries, spinach, whole grains and little almond oil, was first prepared by Dr. Connie Gutterson. You can even add a glass of red wine.
3. The Slim Diet. The slim diet that is balanced, nutritional and rich in calcium and proteins is able to control your hunger for more than 4 hours. Take it 6 times a day.
You can add fruits, yogurt and cottage cheese. Fresh vegetables, meats and nuts are also a part of slim diet.
Because of its good flavor and taste, it’s a very diet plan to lose weight for teenagers.
