I don’t know if it’s just me, but I tend to get bored very easily with my . The trick for me is to do something different every couple of days. I have many dvds ranging from dance to just plain and the only way that I can stick to it is if I don’t get bored. Something must be working because I actually weigh less than I did a month after my daughter was born and I to get back to 129 pounds. It wasn’t a fun time and I was most of the time. Exercising every day seems to be the key and if I can make it enjoyable, even better! It seems that my body is quite happy to stay at 119 pounds… and while I’m careful what I eat (which includes 3 snacks a day as well as meals, I’m seldom if ever hungry!
